Masala Avocado Toast — Indian Spiced Avocado Toast Recipe

When two food worlds collide! This Masala Avocado Toast is my favourite fusion breakfast — it takes the trendy avocado toast and gives it a proper Indian makeover with chaat masala, fresh coriander, and a squeeze of lime. It’s ready in 10 minutes and looks like something from a fancy brunch cafe.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 4 slices sourdough or whole wheat bread, toasted

  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander, chopped
  • Optional toppings: sliced cherry tomatoes, pomegranate seeds, sesame seeds

Instructions
